  • Wood Stains Update: Olympic Elite Mariner’s stain and sealant can be found at Home Depot. The approved stains – Mountain Cedar, Mahogany, Kona Brown and three natural tones: 716 (Cedar), 717 (Redwood), and 718 (Fir/Pine).  Just a reminder – Before staining your fence, please submit an ARC with the name of the stain for approval​

  • Please be aware that Florida State Statute now requires the ARC Committee to approve requests at noticed meetings only.  The Board of Directors will be holding brief “ARC Only” meetings on the months without a regularly scheduled meeting.  If you are considering updating your home, please make sure you submit an ARC request.​​​​
